How to Use your Aura-Soma Equilibrium Bottle   The Equilibrium Bottles work on the physical body, balancing and aligning your physical energies. Take your bottle in the left hand and remove the cap.  Place your middle finger on the top of the lid and the two fingers either side, one each on the ‘shoulders’ of the bottle, and place your thumb underneath the bottle.  This is called the ‘apothecary grip’.  Shake the bottle a few times until the contents are mixed well together, then pour some of the contents into your right hand.  Mix the oils together in both hands and apply to your physical body all around the area of that colour chakra including the back and spine of that area (or as otherwise recommended by your practitioner or Aura-Soma reference).  The oils can be also applied anywhere you intuitively feel to apply them.  You can also add the oils to your bath, massage oil, body lotion etc. Once you’ve shaken the bottles you activate them with your energy and they will start to work with you. If you find that someone else picks them up and shakes them (this can sometimes happen very quickly and before you can ask them not to!) you can cleanse the bottle with White Pomander or Serapis Bey Quintessence, or you can steep the bottle up to its ‘shoulders’ in salted filtered water for 24 hours.  It’s important to cleanse the bottle if someone else has shaken it as they will have put their energy into the bottle.
